I’m a proud native of Northeast Iowa, with deep roots in the Waterville, IA area.  As the grandson of Eddie & Betty White and Chet Jr. & Norma Barr, I grew up in a rural community where I developed a strong sense of pride and connection to Northeast Iowa.

Jessica, and I have been landowners in Winneshiek County for nearly 30 years, and we truly cherish our 60-acre “Slice of Heaven” just ten miles North of Decorah. We are the proud parents of four wonderful daughters:  Ashley, Aana, Skye, and Storme.

I began my career in the real estate and auction industry in 2017 with Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. and became a licensed Iowa realtor in early 2022.  Now with  Cedar Valley Property Solutions, I help clients achieve their goals with real estate and auctions. In addition, I operate Unified Solutions Agency and enjoy contributing to the community at Silvercrest Golf & Country Club. Jessica works as the Store Director at the Depot Outlet in Decorah.
